Meet Penny

I’m Penny, a coach offering a calm, thoughtful space to help you find clarity, feel more steady, and move forward in a way that works for you.

My approach is grounded, supportive, and led by you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, we simply start where you are.

I’m naturally thoughtful and intuitive in how I listen and work with people, but my coaching is practical and focused on what matters to you. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to think clearly without pressure.

My background

I spent many years working in the NHS as a Transformation Project Manager, supporting people and teams through complex change. During that time, I saw how often people are expected to keep going while carrying a lot internally, with little space to pause, reflect, or be properly heard.

That experience led me to coaching.

How I work

I offer one-to-one coaching that is:

  • Calm and unhurried

  • Non-judgemental and supportive

  • Focused on what matters to you

  • Practical as well as reflective

Sessions are shaped around you. We focus on what’s going on, what you want to change, and what will help you move forward in a realistic way.

Who I support

  • You’re navigating a change or transition

  • You want more clarity, confidence, or direction

You don’t need to have a clear goal. Just a sense that something needs attention.
