What happens in a session?

Each session is calming, spacious, and tailored to your needs. We begin with a gentle check-in to explore how you are feeling emotionally and energetically. From there, we move into the offering you have chosen, whether it is befriending, energy healing, light language, or transformational coaching. There is no pressure to perform or reveal more than you want to. You are supported with warmth, sensitivity, and steady presence throughout.

What is befriending support?

Befriending is a safe, compassionate conversation space where you can talk freely and be heard without judgement. It is especially helpful for people who feel overwhelmed, lonely, or emotionally unsupported. The sessions offer kindness, reflection, grounding, and a soft place to land.

What is energy healing and light language?

Energy healing works on the subtle body to clear emotional heaviness and restore balance. Light Language is a gentle energetic transmission expressed through sound or frequency. It bypasses the thinking mind and supports emotional and spiritual realignment. You may experience calmness, release, warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of peace. Every person feels this work differently. Light Language is also referred to as the language of the soul.

Is this clinical therapy?

No. The offerings are supportive and reflective but they are not clinical therapy or counselling. They sit within the realm of emotional support, energetic alignment, and intuitive coaching. You remain in full choice at every step, and you are encouraged to seek additional professional support if needed.

Can I have a session if I am highly sensitive or easily overwhelmed?

Yes. This space has been created specifically with highly sensitive people and empaths in mind. Sessions are slow, soothing, and paced gently. You will never be rushed or pushed. Your sensitivity is welcomed and respected.

Do I need any experience with healing or spirituallty?

No experience is needed. You can come as you are. Everything is explained in a grounded and accessible way, and you are encouraged to follow what feels comfortable for you.

How should I prepare for a session?

For sessions online: choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions. Bring a drink and anything that helps you to feel grounded. Wear comfortable clothing and allow a few minutes beforehand to settle your energy.

What if I feel emotional during or after the session?

It is completely normal for emotions to arise when you feel safe and supported. You are held with compassion throughout your experience. After a session, you may feel lighter, calmer, or more sensitive for a little while. The sanctuary will offer simple grounding suggestions if needed.

What if I am not sure which offering I need?

You’re welcome to reach out and share what you’re experiencing. Penny can gently guide you towards the offering that feels most appropriate. There is no pressure to commit to anything.

Can I combine different offerings?

Yes. Many choose a blend of emotional support, energy work, and coaching over time. You can explore different offerings at your pace.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in sessions is treated confidentially and with respect.

What is the cancellation policy?

Session can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be chargeable. Please contact the sanctuary as soon as possible if something changes..
